Returns and warranty
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This period of fourteen days starts from the date of receipt of the product.
In order to qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unused or unworn and packaged in its original wrapping. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred by the unjustified return. You will also be required to prove your purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange the return shipping and provide you with the shipping label. You are responsible for the costs of returning the product and these costs will not be covered or refunded by us. The fee for a single return is 30 euros, which will be subtracted from the refund amount. Sending the product must take place before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund to you until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have returned the product.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product was faulty upon reception we will cover the cost of returning the product to us as well as the cost of shipping a new product to you.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
We provide a two-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers quality and usability of the product during warranty period.
Claims under this warranty are only valid if the product does not show any damage or signs of wear caused by usage deviating from the normal usage and the product does not show any features that indicate tampering, repairing, modifications and/or interventions by non-authorized personnel not authorized by the seller.
This warranty does not cover signs of normal wear or issues related to magnetization of the watch.
The offered warranty services to be considered are replacement and repair of the product. Any further claims under the warranty are excluded. The warranty period is not extended or renewed by warranty services.
Warranty services are free of charge.
Returning the product to us during the warranty period does not automatically mean that it will be replaced or repaired free of charge. We reserve the right to check the validity of your warranty claim. If in our inspection of the product is discovered that no defect or no warranty claim exist for one of the above mentioned reasons, we are entitled to charge a service fee.

The guarantor is our company Devlop Oy. The warranty applies in addition to your contractual or statutory claims. The warranty applies worldwide and is subject to the law of Finland.
