Shipping policy

We provide free worldwide shipping with UPS. The delivery period begins with the receipt of your payment of the purchase price. Delivery time of your order is 1-2 weeks unless stated otherwise during the checkout.

The stated delivery times are estimates and do not bind our company. We are not responsible for any damage and/or extra costs that a delayed delivery causes to the customer. If a product has been damaged during transport, we will deliver a new product to the customer free of charge after receiving the damaged package back to us.

Local taxes to local authorities (e.g. customs in your country) are not included in the shipping costs. You are responsible for all local taxes or payments to local authorities.

If orders are not received by the intended recipient and are consequently returned, a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
